AI-Driven Antibody Design: Addressing R&D Challenges

During the exchange, Dr. Wang focused on epitope-specific de novo antibody design, introducing the technical background, core concepts, and applied explorations of AI-driven antibody design. For traditional antibody discovery approaches, certain targets — including those with low immunogenicity, cryptic epitopes, or conformation-dependent structures — often face challenges in candidate acquisition and epitope control. Addressing these R&D challenges, Clickmab explores the use of generative AI algorithms, combining antigen structures with target epitope information for computational antibody design, offering a new technical pathway for epitope-specific antibody discovery. Building on this technical exploration, Clickmab further developed its proprietary Click.mAb. AI antibody R&D platform. The platform integrates AI design, structural analysis, and engineering optimization capabilities, covering the entire process from target epitope analysis and candidate antibody generation to affinity optimization, humanization, and developability assessment — helping research teams advance antibody R&D more systematically.
