2021–2026: Our First Five Years
Founded in June 2021, Clickmab was built with a clear mission: that antibody design should be driven by data and models, not trial and error.
Over the past five years, we have continuously advanced our AI-powered antibody discovery platform, developing capabilities across epitope-specific antibody design, CDR diversification, affinity maturation, and antibody humanization.
As we celebrate this milestone, we invite researchers and innovators to join us in exploring how AI can accelerate antibody discovery and unlock new scientific possibilities.
We will select 100 research projects and provide one AI-powered design service tailored to each project's specific needs.
Among the selected projects, three highly innovative and scientifically challenging programs will be chosen for deeper collaboration. Selected projects will receive:
Participants can apply for free AI design tools in the following directions based on their needs:
Design antibodies around a specified antigen epitope—ideal when the mechanism is clear but conventional immunization or screening struggles to deliver the target antibody.
Expand the explorable sequence space from an existing antibody, providing more candidates for downstream optimization.
Identify key mutation sites and synergistic combinations to design more promising optimization strategies.
Reduce potential immunogenicity risk while preserving the original binding properties and functional performance.
Dedicated humanization design and engineering optimization for VHH systems.
We focus on real challenges with clear R&D value, such as:
Whether at the early discovery stage or engineering optimization stage, all are welcome to apply.
No sensitive information (targets, sequences, structures, experimental data) is required at registration. We only ask about:
All registration information is used only for review and follow-up, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Over the years, we have witnessed growing interest in applying AI to antibody discovery.
At the same time, we have observed a common challenge: many promising scientific questions remain difficult to address using traditional discovery approaches alone.
This program is our way of collaborating directly with researchers and innovators to explore new possibilities together.
Our Goal: To demonstrate how AI can create real value in antibody discovery and engineering through practical scientific collaboration.
